We act as the backbone for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), helping them transition from simple collective groups to sophisticated, tech-enabled business enterprises.

By leveraging our digital platform, we coordinate a diverse network of MSMEs, research institutions, and buyers. The current agricultural landscape often leaves small farmers and FPOs fragmented and vulnerable to exploitation. We exist to correct this imbalance. For decades, we have seen the Indian farmer work with unmatched resilience, only to be held back by fragmented markets and exploitative structures. When I founded NaFDEc, my goal was simple yet ambitious: to stop treating agriculture as a series of isolated problems and start seeing it as a connected ecosystem.
At NaFDEc, we use systems-based thinking. This means we don't just give an FPO a piece of software and walk away. We orchestrate the entire journey. We bring the scientist’s research, the processor’s machinery, and the global buyer’s requirements onto a single digital stage.
